Shipping
Orders ship on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, and every order goes out with tracking.
We are often at a show over a weekend, so an order placed on a Friday will go out the following Tuesday.
Shipping is free on orders over $85. Standard shipping is a flat $8 anywhere in the US, and express is $15. Two pieces will normally clear the free shipping threshold.
Returns
Returns are accepted for items that arrive damaged, or where the wrong item was sent. Get in touch and it will be put right.
What counts as a fault, and what does not
Every piece is made by hand and no two are identical, so small variations in the weave and in the exact shade of a colorway are expected. Those are not treated as faults.
Samples and Seconds are sold as seen and are not returnable. The flaw is the reason for the price.
